Programs
Five ways to put the network to work
Every PASMAA program applies what IPADE taught us, learning from real cases among peers, to the challenges of doing business across Mexico, the United States, and Canada.
01
Peer Advisory Forum
Your company, a real challenge, and a room of IPADE executives.
A member presents their business and a decision they are facing. Fellow executives study the case, question the assumptions, and offer counsel drawn from what they have actually lived. The presenter leaves with perspectives no consultant can sell: those of peers who have run their own companies.
The format is the IPADE case method, applied to a live company instead of a printed case.
Format: Hybrid - In person & Zoom, monthly
Who presents: Members with an active membership
What you get: Direct, confidential feedback from peers on a decision that matters

02
Monthly Executive Sessions
The rhythm that keeps the network close between big events.
Each month, the community meets in person or online to share updates, surface opportunities, and introduce new members. The online sessions make it possible to stay connected from any city in North America.
Format: In person and on Zoom
Length: 60 to 90 minutes online
What you get: A steady pulse of the network and its opportunities

03
Company Visits & Masterclasses
How the business really works, explained by the person who runs it.
Members and allies open the doors of their companies. A senior executive walks the group through operations and explains the reasoning behind key decisions. Masterclasses with IPADE faculty and guest speakers add depth on binational business, artificial intelligence, and how business gets done in the United States.
Format: In person, at the host company
Includes: Case sessions led by an IPADE professor twice a year
What you get: First-hand insight you cannot get from a report

04
Soft Landing
Relocation and expansion support for members establishing themselves in the United States.
Moving a company or a family involves decisions that are expensive to get wrong. Soft Landing connects members with peers who have already done it and provides a practical kit covering entity formation, EIN, banking, and trusted bilingual accounting and immigration firms.
Families are part of it too: spouses can join Damas Ex-IPADE, the IPADE spouses’ network, so the whole household finds its footing.
Best for: Members relocating to or expanding in the United States
Includes: Soft Landing Kit, peer introductions, family integration
What you get: Months of trial and error reduced to a few well-directed conversations

Executive Networking & Directory
Deliberate connections, not a list of attendees.
Online networking sessions run three times a year: a general session followed by small breakout groups, so each member leaves with two or three connections to follow up with. Social gatherings, such as the holiday posada, bring members and their families together, which is where lasting trust is built.
Members also have access to the member directory to find the right peer by industry, city, or expertise.
Format: Online sessions of about 20 participants, plus in-person social events
Frequency: Three online networking sessions a year
What you get: A network you can actually call on
